About Me

Hello, I’m Ally.

I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) in the state of Vermont. I graduated with my Bachelor’s degree in Sociology with a minor in Nutrition from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh and went on to pursue my Master’s of Social Work degree from the State University of New York at Albany.

I have always had a desire to have a positive impact on the world. With so many ways to do that, I quickly found interest in various areas including environmentalism, health, social justice, and of course mental health. I have found that one of the most meaningful ways to make a change is to start with the individual. Growing into a more peaceful human being creates a more peaceful world. Because of my interest and knowledge in different areas; therapeutically, I tend to have a holistic approach. Every person is unique and I honor where you are in your life, on your journey, and in this moment. We will start right from where you are and figure out where you want to go/grow.
